Apartment in the Topla 2 area (below the Spagnola fortress), located on the ground floor, just a 12-minute walk from the city center. The total area is 46 m2 + a terrace of 12 m2 + a private lawn of 35 m2. There is a parking space right at the entrance. The apartment has a sea view, including directly from the bedroom area thanks to the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. The apartment has a high-quality renovation (we did it for ourselves). The equipment includes underfloor heating in all rooms, air conditioning, an 80-liter boiler, a washing machine with a drying function, a heated towel rail, thoughtful lighting, a large number of storage areas and 2 work areas. Quiet and bright apartment, ideal for comfortable living, as well as for investment and rental.
