1. Operator

Globeda is operated by Viktor Ervik Aune, acting as a private individual.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Globeda is an 18+ beta service. By creating an account or using Globeda, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts and accurate information

You must provide accurate account and listing information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Listings, content, and rights

You must have the necessary rights to publish listings, text, images, and other content you upload or submit.

Agencies and sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with applicable real-estate, marketing, and consumer laws.

Globeda is a technology marketplace. Globeda is not the property owner, seller, broker, escrow provider, payment provider, or legal adviser for transactions between users.

5. Prohibited misuse

You must not:

• Post unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• Use Globeda to harass others or to send spam.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

6. Inquiries and viewing requests

Contact and viewing requests you submit are sent to the relevant agency or seller so they can respond.

Globeda does not guarantee response times or that a viewing will be granted.

7. AI features

AI search and other AI-related features are assistance tools only.

Globeda does not guarantee that listings, user information, properties, map data, translations, summaries, lead scores, or AI results are accurate, complete, or up to date.

You should verify important information directly with the relevant agency or seller before making decisions.

8. Payments

Production payments are currently unavailable / Coming soon.

A Stripe-based checkout integration exists in the product for promote and subscription flows, but paid Production use remains disabled unless the operator explicitly enables it.

When payments are enabled, card details are processed by Stripe; Globeda does not store full card numbers.

9. Beta service; suspension

Globeda is offered as a beta service available to users in the EU/EEA. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors.

Globeda may remove listings, suspend accounts, or restrict access for misuse, security reasons, or violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

The laws of Norway apply to these Terms, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
