A small house of 60 m2, located on a hill at the very entrance to the city. Due to its location, the property has good potential for renovation and can become a cozy holiday home or compact apartments for seasonal rental. The house has not been used for about 10 years and requires renovation, but its layout makes it convenient to re-equip the space. Inside there are two small rooms, a living room with a dining area and a bathroom. On both sides there are two cottages, which are used mainly during the tourist season, so most of the year there is a calm and quiet atmosphere. The sea is 2 km away, and the nearest store is a 5-minute walk away. City water supply. A great option for those who are looking for affordable real estate with the possibility of reconstruction and subsequent rental on the coast.
